The Mighty Eighth - 8th Air Force WWII T-Shirt
Our Mighty Eighth Air Force T-Shirt pays tribute to the wartime accomplishments of the 8th Air Force, whose brave airmen flew heavy bomber missions (primarily B-17s and B-24s) out of England over occupied Europe between 1942-1945.
The Mighty Eighth were originally named VIII Bomber Command from 19th January 1942 to 22nd February 1944, when they were redesignated as the Eighth Air Force. The 8th was the largest of the deployed combat Army Air Force in numbers of aircraft, equipment & personnel. Our design is inspired by a WW2 era 8th Air Force Patch in our collection (see below).
This 909 Custom is crafted with a Classic Navy Premium T-Shirt made of 100% Ring-Spun Cotton. It's Soft & Comfortable, with double stitching on the neckline & sleeves to add extra durability. The Left Sleeve sports a 909 Apparel® Logo.
